Afin de vous débloquer tout seul sur CITRIX, lorsqu'une application ne réponds pas, vous pouvez aller en bas à droite de votre écran rechercher l'icone de CITRIX Workspace (l'icone bleue)
Whenever an application is hanging on CITRIX, in order to unlock by yourself, you can go to the bottom right of your screen and look for the CITRIX Workspace icon (the blue icon)
A partir de là, vous pouvez sélectionner l'application que vous souhaiter terminer. Cela fermera l'application et vous pourrez la relancer
From there, you can select the app you want to end. This will close the application and then you can relaunch it.
